Ingredients
1 Cup lentils
1 tsp turmeric ( I used diosa dorada @bosque_encantado_gt )
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
Soak lentils in 1 1/2 cup of hot water for 2 hours. After they finish soaking transfer water and lentils to a blender and add turmeric, salt and pepper and an additional 1/2 cup of water and blend until you get a "pancake mix" consistency.
Heat a pan to low heat and add your mixture as if you were cooking regular pancakes. Cook for 2 min each side!
