Blood Orange Smoothie Jar

Fresh and sweet breakfast jar filled with all the good stuff. Made with Chia seeds, blood orange and plant based milk and frozen banana! This is like having dessert for breakfast.




Blood Orange Smoothie Jar


Serves: 1

Prep Time: 15-20 min



Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup oat milk, divided

  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 blood orange, chopped

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1-2 Tbsp Granola to top (Optional)


Method


  1. Add chia seeds, 1/4 cup oat milk and vanilla to a jar, mix and let set in the fridge for 30-60min

  2. Before serving chop blood orange place on a jar, top with chia pudding. Prepare nice cream by blending the frozen banana with 1/4 cup of oat milk. Serve on top of chia pudding & enjoy!
