Bloom Superfood Pancakes
Serves: 8-10

Cooking Time: 10 min

Ingredients
3 scoops of Bloomsupps GREENS & SUPERFOODS ESSENTIALS ( Berry, Citrus or Original)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup plant based milk
1 1/4 cup flour ( I used gluten free flour)
1 tbsp coconut sugar ( can substitute for stevia or monkfruit)
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas
Instructions
Add apple cider vinegar and plant based milk to a bowl or cup. Let this sit for 10 minutes. (This is your vegan buttermilk.)
Mash bananas on a large bowl with a fork.
Add the buttermilk and the rest of the ingredients and combine well.
Add a small amount of dairy free butter or coconut oil to a pan and bring to medium low heat.
Once heated, add 1/2 cup of pancake mixture to the skillet. Wait until bubbles start to form and flip. Cook other side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and remove. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
