Some morning we just need a big hug ... in the form of warm oats! this blueberry oats are full of all the goodies. Made with blueberry powder and topped with all the sweet things this recipe will get you through the morning.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup gluten free oats
1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp blueberry powder (I used @articberries)
1 tso vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
METHOD
For the banana: Cut a banana in half and add to a pan over medium heat drizzle 1/2 tbsp of agave over it and grill it for 2 min each side.
Oats: Add milk and blueberry powder to a pot on low heat. Whisk for 1-2 min until blueberry powder is fully dissolved.
Add oats, combine well. Cover the pot and cook for 3 - 5 min.
Top with yougourt, seed mix, bee pollen, caramelised banana and dry figs.
