Cheesy Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch of big leaf kale
Cheesy Sauce:
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup red bell pepper1
/3 cup nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil
squeeze lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Methods
Preheat oven at . Lime a baking sheet with wax/baking paper. Roughly cut kale leaves with your hands removing the stems and place on a bowl.
Toss all the cheesy sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water until you get a smooth cheesy .
Add cheesy sauce to the kale bowl and gently massage all kale until all is combined.
If you have a dehydrator, arrange the kale chips in your dehydrator and dehydrate at 120ºF for 12 - 14 hours, until crispy. If not, heat your oven to 225ºF. Spread the kale on your baking sheet with out overlaping any chip . Bake for 90 minutes, flipping halfway through (If baking in different sheets swapping your pans on the racks half way so the top sheet doesn’t overcook)
Remove from heat and let cool down completely for the chips to crips up.
