Cacao Acai Bowl

Aren't we all obsessed with Acai bowls? This is the best guilt free " Ice cream" bowl. Not only Acai bowls are packed with antioxidants but they are are a quick, easy, nutritious and healthy breakfast recipe packed full of delicious super foods.



Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananass

  • 1 @sambazonuk frozen zero açai packet

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter,

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk and 1 date.


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender until you get a ice cream consitency. (This may take about 5 minute and depending in your blender it will require for you to scrape the sides of the blender a few time to make sure everything is nicely blended.)


I top my Acai bowls with what ever I find on my fridge but my current favourites are berries, crunchy nuts or buckinis, cacao nibs and bee pollen.
