Ingredients
3/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour ( or any gluten free flour)
4 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Scoops protein powder of your choice
1 Tbsp Baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/4 Cup plant based milk
Method
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Heat of a waffle maker spray some spam or coconut oil. Add 1/4 Cup of the mixture and cook 4-6 minutes ( Following instructions of your waffle maker)
Serve with coconut yogurt, peaches, bee pollen and blackberries.
