Ingredients
10-12 medijool dates
3 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp raspberry jam
40 gr dairy free or dark chocolate chocolate ( I used Loving Earth Milky Chocolate)
Method
Split your date in half ,with out cutting all the way through
Stuff with nut butter
Top with a little bit of raspberry chia jam
Melt chocolate in microwave for 5-10 seconds and mix until completely melted. Dip half of the dat in chocolate.
Place them in a cooling rack of plate and pop into the fridge for 3 min for chocolate to harden. Store in the fridge! My favourite chocolate at the moment
Note: I decorated mine with edible hibiscus flowers.
