Green Machine Juice

Get those greens in! If you struggle getting your five a day this green juice is the perfect solution for you! Ive created this recipe for those with and without a juicer all you need is a blender and a nut milk or cheese bag and all the green goodies.

Theres something about green juice that make me feel accomplished and healthy! I try to take one of these every other day as a snack or just with breakfast!

Green Machine Juice
Serves: 500ml
Prep Time: 5-10 min

Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 inch ginger
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 handful of parsley or coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 Celery stalks
250ml water
Method
Without a Juicer:
Peel ginger to remove the skin.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender.
Chop the rest of ingredients and remove any seeds.
Add all ingredients to a blender with 250ml of water and blend until its completely mixed.
Place nutmilk or cheese bag on top of a large bowl. Tranfer liquid inside of the bag and squeeze all the liquid until all thats left is a dry pulp.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
With a Juicer:
Peel ginger and lemon to remove the skin.
Chop the rest of ingredients and remove any seeds.
Add all ingredients into juicer.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
