Who doesn’t like cookie dough? This is a sweet healthy version of the traditional cookie dough that you can fill your fridge with for that afternoon sweet craving. You can also add your favourite protein powder to add some protein in there!

All you need is chickpeas, peanut butter, chocolate chips, maple syrup and vanilla extract. If you are looking for a sugar free option try substituting the maple syrup for monk fruit or stevia and adding a splash of almond milk to help your mixture get sticky like a dough.

Healthy Cookie Dough

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds (optional)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup ( Read above for sugar free option)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Salt
Method
Add everything except chocolate chips to a food processor mix until the mixture is smooth.
Add chocolate chips combine with a spoon.
Scoop out with an ice cream scoop or big tablespoon and divide into “balls”. Enjoy! Ps: keeps in the fridge up to 1 week.
