Immune boosting natural gummies that taste like candy! For this recipe I used tropicana Blend from Unicorn Superfoods which is optional but this is what gives these gummies their candy taste as its a blend made out of frozen pineapple, mango, turmeric, papaya and passion fruit powder. But you could use any juice powder you have available in you food stores.

This recipe is a fun quick and healthy version of vitamin gummies made with natural ingredients and a bit of vegetable gelatine. All you need is a small pot and a ice cube tray and you are ready to mix and make your gummies.

Anti- inflammatory properties

Immunity Gummies
Serves: 20-24
Prep Time: 10 min
Setting Time: 1-3 hours

Ingredients
Zest & Juice of 1 large lemon
1 tsp fresh ginger, skin removed & chopped
1 Tbsp maple syrup or any sweetener
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
300 ml water
3 tbsp vegetable gelatine or agar agar
2 tbsp plant based milk
3 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods Tropicana Blend (Optional)
1 Tbsp Edible Glitter ( Optional)
Method
Place all ingredients except gelatine into a pot. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to simmer and cook for 5 min.
Place a strainer on top of a mug and strain liquid to remove lemon zest and ginger bits.
Return liquid to the pot, add the gelatine powder or agar agar and bring heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil whisking continuously.
Remove from heat and let cool down for 5 min. Add mixture to an ice cube tray and place in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour or until it sets. Enjoy!!
