PB & Choc Energy Balls

Who doesn’t love a no bake desert right? Specially if they are gluten, refine sugars and dairy free! These little bliss balls will help you kick those afternoon sweet craving to the curve and let you indulge with an whole foods dessert. I am one to love a good energy ball as they are so easy to make and have them on the go! With only 4 ingredients this recipe will take you only 15 min to make and will set you for the week! So lets get to it!







Choc PB Energy Balls

Prep Time: 15 min

Serves: 14-16



  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 8 medijool dates


Instructions:

  1. Soak dates for in warm water for 1 hr. After soaking remove seed and excess skin from the dates. ( They will come out easily after soaking in warm water)

  2. Put peanuts and its in a food processor and mix until they form a flour.

  3. Add dates and cacao to food processor and blend until everything has mixed together and formed a nice sticky dough.

  4. Roll mixture in 14-16 equal sized balls and place in the fridge for an hour to set. Store on air tight container in fridge.


*Note: Cover your energy balls with shredded coconut cacao or matcha powder.
