Mango Chia Cups

Spring is here so its time to take all those sunshine vibes out! Mango Chia Cups topped with coconut flakes and more mango just because... mango.⁣ wishing everyone a happy Easter!

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 4 hrs


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk⁣

  • 3 tbsp chia⁣

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

  • 1 Cup of fresh mango⁣

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


Method

  1. Add milk, vanilla, maple syrup, chia seeds into a bowl or jar mix and let set for 4 hours overnight.

  2. Top with mango, coconut flakes and bee pollen!


Optional: For the bottom layer I added a tsp of turmeric to add some flavour and nutrients to my chia cup!
