Matcha Bliss Balls

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Hazelnuts
1/4 Cup Shredded coconut
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
14 Medijool Dates
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Pinch himalayan salt
Method
Soak dates in hot water for 10 min.
While your dates soak place almonds, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, matcha and salt in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Remove from food processor and transfer to a bowl.
When your dates are done soaking drain the water, remove the seeds and transfer to food processor, add vanilla and blend dates until you get a smooth paste.
Add dry ingredients and keep blending until well combined. Transfer mixture back to the bowl, add chia seeds combine with a spoon.
Grab a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a container or plate and chill in the fridge for 15 min. Dust with extra matcha powder, coconut or top with some nut butter. Enjoy!
Note: Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
