Writer's picture: thefitstitchthefitstitch

The most delicious and indulgent energy ball I’ve yet made! This recipe was inspired by my for favourite chocolate, Ferrero Rocher but in a healthier version!

Made with hazelnut, dates and cacao this bliss ball also have a gooey soft filling of runny almond butter making them such a delight!

And to make them extra special and delicious I covered mine with dark chocolate and more toasted hazelnuts! tot optional but totally delicious!
