It's time for some spicy nacho cheese! Preparing my favourite 5 min party snack for the perfect end to this Sunday night! The easiest healthy vegan nacho dip made with only 5 ingredients!


Serves: 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 5 min
Recipe
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup medium chunky salsa
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric
Method
Soaked cashews for 1 hour in hot water if you don’t have high speed blender. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until creamy and smooth
