Nice cream breakfast bowl full of natural sweetness! The perfect healthy dessert bowl with frozen banana, peanut butter and jelly.


Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowl


Serves: 1-2

Ingredients


  • 2 Frozen bananas ( sliced before freezing)

  • 1-2 Tbsp Peanut butter

  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk

  • 3 Tbsp Berry Jam

  • 1 Tbsp Cacao nibs to top

  • Vegan Chocolate chunks


Method


  1. Add peanut butter, banana and almond milk to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

  2. Top with jam, cacao nibs, vegan chocolate and more peanut butter (optional)
