Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted walnuts
1 cup (8 ounces) sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 water
Method
Roast walnuts in the oven at 350F for 10 min. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more water or oil if you want a more creamy texture.
