There is something about green smoothies that makes me feel healthy and like my day started on the right track! I love starting my morning routine with a giant green smoothie to make sure I start the day with lots of antioxidants, vitamins, calcium and fibre.

Ingredients
1.5 Frozen bananas
1 handful of frozen kale
1/2 cucumber sliced
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
Blend everything in a high speed blender. Top with blueberries, bee pollen granola or shredded coconut.
