Green smoothie bowls are my favourite to get all those green and nutrients first thing in the morning. This smoothie is packed with lots of fibre and antioxidants and just gives a great boost to my gut and overall digestion.

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1cup frozen papaya
1 handful spinach
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
Blend everything in a high speed blender.
Top with chocolate buckinis, shredded coconut, kiwi and spirulina
