One of my favourite savoury breakfast is tofu scramble it is so easy to make and packed with calcium and protein and it will keep you full until lunch time! I always like to combine it with tons of veggies to also get my morning fibre. This is a recipe you MUST give a try.

Ingredients
1 block of silken tofu
1/2 onion minced
1/2 serrano pepper, seeds removed.
1 handful of spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
Add-on: chopped spring onions.
Method
Fry onions and serrano pepper until soft and fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 min tossing constantly.
Add drained tofu to the pan and press and smash with a for to give the scramble consistency.
Add turmeric and cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 min stirring well and constantly.
Top with spring onions.
