Ingredients
3 frozen bananas
1 tsp blue spirulina
1/2 tsp pitaya powder
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup coconut whipped cream ( See recipe here)
Method
Add 1 banana and 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp pitaya powder to food processor and blend until smooth. (Place in a bowl in the fridge while you prepare the other nice cream colours.)
Add 1 banana and 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder to food processor and blend until smooth. (Place in a bowl in the fridge while you prepare the other nice cream colours.)
Add 1 banana and 1/4 cup coconut milk, and the rest of the blue spirulina to food processor and blend until smooth.
Take your nice creams from the freezer and in a large freezer container add spoon by spoon your nice cream alternating colours.
Once you finish adding your nice cream to your container grab a toothpick and with a swirling motion mix your nice cream layers to slightly mix them.
Cover your container box and freeze for 30 min to 1 hour. Add to a cup and top with coconut whip.
